Booking Conditions for Solo In Style 2025

Your contract is with ZEBRA ADVENTURES Limited. This document explains the conditions that apply when you book a holiday with us. You must read these conditions together with the holiday information provided because they define our obligations to you and also impose some important commitments on you. If any part of these booking conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity will not affect the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.


1. Tour Dates

SOLO IN STYLE: 28 Feb – 12 Mar 2025


2. Tour Asking Price

£6,050pp (Pound Sterling)
Solo Occupancy exclusive to Solo In Style.


3. Deposit

A non-refundable £1,200 (Pound Sterling) deposit at booking.

A non-refundable deposit can be carried over to another member of Solo In Style by notifying ZEBRA ADVENTURES in writing and accepted once confirmed by ZEBRA ADVENTURES.


4. Early Payment Special

All Full Payments received before and on 1 June 2024, will receive free spa access for 3 days at the safari lodge’s award-winning luxury spa.


5. Full Payment

Full Payment of £6,050 (Pound Sterling) is due before or on 1 September 2024.


6. Cancellations

For any cancellations on or after 1 September 2024, there will be NO REFUND.

Should anyone who paid in full cancel before 1 September 2024, the non-refundable deposit will be taken as a penalty and a refund of £4,850 minus a £150 admin fee (£4,850 – £150 = £4,700) will be issued.


7. Waiting List

A waiting list will be created for ladies who did not make it onto this tour. A refundable deposit of £1,200 will be charged. In case of cancellations, the women on the waiting list will automatically fill any vacated spots, and their refundable deposit will then become non-refundable. You will receive regular updates on the tour, and you will immediately be contacted if a cancellation occurs. In the event that no cancellations occur from the initial 12 bookings before or on 1 September 2024 (5 months before the tour’s start date), the ladies on the waiting list will receive a full refund of £1,200 or may alternatively be offered a place on Zebra Adventures 2025 tours, subject to availability and price may vary.


8. Tour Cancellation

Should the Solo In Style 2025 tour be cancelled due to low numbers, or any unforeseen circumstances, the deposit minus an admin fee (£1,200 – £50 = £1,150) will be refunded by ZEBRA ADVENTURES.


9. Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is mandatory for the Solo In Style tour in 2025. We strongly recommend medical cover for the duration of your time in South Africa. Travel insurance that covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability, illness, loss of luggage, and personal effects, is recommended. Please validate that your travel insurance covers all the activities outlined in the itinerary. ZEBRA ADVENTURES do not arrange travel insurance. This is the traveller’s responsibility to organise.


10. Flights

DO NOT book your flights before receiving an email from ZEBRA ADVENTURES. Flights usually only open 12 months before your arrival date in South Africa. Once ZEBRA ADVENTURES receives your booking confirmation, you can expect to receive an email within 24 hours with airline suggestions. In the meanwhile, we would highly recommend you keep an eye on flight options and prices. February to April is peak season in Cape Town and therefore prices will increase nearer the date and availability may become limited. Please contact us if you need advice, we can refer you to our trusted travel agent, however, we do not get involved in the booking of flights and ZEBRA ADVENTURES cannot be held responsible for any errors in the booking of your flights. ZEBRA ADVENTURES will not be responsible for any flight booking or cancellation of flights due to error, tour cancellation or any other event.


11. Tour Details

International flight detail, medical form and travel insurance detail are due before or on 30 November 2024. In the event the flight details, travel Insurance and your medical form are not received by ZEBRA ADVENTURES before or on 30 November 2024, ZEBRA ADVENTURES reserves the right to cancel your booking and the participant acknowledges that their spot on the tour will be forfeited, and full penalties will apply.


12. Fitness & Hikes

Please note, we encourage a moderate fitness level and strongly encourage every lady on tour to participate in all daily activities to enhance their group travel experience. Our current itineraries include a leisurely hike to Maclear’s Beacon and to the lighthouse at Cape Point unless otherwise specified.


13. Medical Form

You will receive a basic medical form to complete roughly four months before your arrival in SA. If you have received any medical treatment or sustained any injuries within six months before you arrive in South Africa, we require a ‘fit to fly’ letter from your GP. This is to help you while in South Africa, as we do not want you to miss out on any of our exciting activities, and to keep up with a jam-packed itinerary.


14. Vaccinations

We recommend that you consult your doctor at least 12 weeks before departure, and they will advise you about any other vaccinations required. You may wish to refer to government health advice for your destination at or call the 24-hour phone line at 0845 850 2829.


15. Photos & Videos

It’s always a highlight to reflect on a special holiday once it’s over, especially when looking back at all the wonderful photos and videos captured. To make sharing these memories easier, we offer a shared folder where everyone can upload and enjoy each other’s media. Guests are welcome to share these images on social media and we kindly ask that you tag @zebadventures in your posts. You may not sell or otherwise use any of the images taken by ZEBRA ADVENTURES or our photographers and videographers or other guests for commercial purposes. If you would like to share any of the content or photos from ZEBRA ADVENTURES related to your tour, we kindly request that you tag us (@zebadventures) and credit us in the post. For all other usage of content and photos, please note copyright applies.
When booking with ZEBRA ADVENTURES, you agree and acknowledge that your image and likeness may be used in future promotional material by ZEBRA ADVENTURES.
We only select the best images where everyone looks great for our promotional material. However, if you would prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please inform us ahead of time. Your comfort and preferences are our top priority.


16. Indemnity Form

At our orientation meeting, you will be asked to sign an Indemnity Form before the tour starts. This form is an agreement that all guests have read the Travellers Code of Conduct which will be provided or can be seen here. To exercise judgement and care at all times to ensure their own safety and that of their fellow travellers.


17. Consumer Financial Protection & Peace of Mind

ZEBRA ADVENTURES LTD is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with the current Package Travel Regulations, all passengers booking with ZEBRA ADVENTURES LTD are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of ZEBRA ADVENTURES LTD.

This Policy is issued by Evolution Insurance Company Limited which is registered in Gibraltar No. 88737 with a registered office at 5/5 Crutchett’s Ramp, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

Evolution Insurance Company Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar and authorised and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. Details about the extent of our authorisation and regulation by the FCA are available from us on request.

Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond (with the exception of Credit and Debit cards). This policy will also not cover any loss sustained by Passenger(s) booked on a flight-inclusive package sold and commencing within the United Kingdom.
